حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ كَتَبَ فِي سَارِقٍ: لَا يُقْطَعُ حَتَّى يَخْرُجَ بِالْمَتَاعِ مِنَ الدَّارِ؛ لَعَلَّهُ [تَعْرِضُ لَهُ تَوْبَةٌ] [١]قَبْلَ أَنْ يَخْرُجَ مِنَ الدَّارِ
