قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: يُؤْخَذُ السَّارِقُ قَدْ أَخَذَ الْمَتَاعَ وَقَدْ جَمَعَهُ فِي الْبَيْتِ ؟ قَالَ: لَا قَطْعَ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى يَخْرُجَ بِهِ؛ زَعَمُوا
