حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ
أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ سَرَقَ سَرِقَةً، ثُمَّ كَوَّرَهَا، فَأُدْرِكَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَخْرُجَ مِنَ الْبَيْتِ ؟ قَالَ: لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ قَطْعٌ
