حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ عَنْ وُهَيْبٍ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
فِي رَجُلٍ قُتِلَ لَهُ قَتِيلٌ فَعَفَا عَنْهُ، ثُمَّ رَاحَ فَقَتَلَهُ، قَالَ الْحَسَنُ: لَا يُقْتَلُ
