حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ بْنُ حَرْبٍ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ حَصِيرَةَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ
أَنَّ عَلِيًّا لَمَّا رَجَمَ الْمَرْأَةَ قَالَ لِأَوْلِيَائِهَا: هَذَا ابْنُكُمْ تَرِثُونَهُ وَيَرِثُكُمْ، وَإِنْ جَنَى جِنَايَةً فَعَلَيْكُمْ
