قَالَ لِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ: لَيْسَ فِي الْعَبْدِ قَسَامَةٌ، وَلَا تَرِدُ بِهِ الْقَسَامَةُ، إِنَّمَا هِيَ الْأَثْمَانُ [١]كَهَيْئَةِ الْحَقِّ يُدَّعَى
