حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ أُجَرَاءَ اسْتُؤْجِرُوا يَهْدِمُونَ حَائِطًا فَخَرَّ عَلَيْهِمْ، فَمَاتَ بَعْضُهُمْ: أَنَّهُ يَغْرَمُ بَعْضٌ لِبَعْضٍ، وَالدِّيَةُ عَلَى مَنْ بَقِيَ
