حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ خِلَاسٍ قَالَ:
اسْتَأْجَرَ رَجُلٌ أَرْبَعَةَ رِجَالٍ لِيَحْفِرُوا لَهُ بِئْرًا، فَحَفَرُوهَا فَانْخَسَفَتْ بِهِمُ الْبِئْرُ، فَمَاتَ أَحَدُهُمْ، فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى عَلِيٍّ، فَضَمَّنَ الثَّلَاثَةَ ثَلَاثَةَ أَرْبَاعِ الدِّيَةِ، وَطَرَحَ عَنْهُمْ رُبُعَ الدِّيَةِ
