سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ وَحَمَّادًا عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَحْرَقَ دَارًا، فَأَحْرَقَ فِيهَا قَوْمًا، قَالَا: لَا يُقْتَلُ
