حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
وُجِدَ قَتِيلٌ بِالْيَمَنِ فِي وَادِعَةَ، فَرُفِعَ إِلَى عُمَرَ فَأَحْلَفَهُمْ بِخَمْسِينَ: مَا قَتَلْنَا وَلَا عَلِمْنَا قَاتِلًا، ثُمَّ وَدَاهُ
