حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُونُسَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بَقِيُّ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ
أَنَّ الْقَسَامَةَ كَانَتْ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ، فَأَقَرَّهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فِي قَتِيلٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ وُجِدَ فِي جُبٍّ لِلْيَهُودِ، قَالَ: فَبَدَأَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِالْيَهُودِ فَكَلَّفَهُمْ قَسَامَةَ خَمْسِينَ، فَقَالَتِ الْيَهُودُ: لَنْ نَحْلِفَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِلْأَنْصَارِ: أَفَتَحْلِفُونَ ؟ فَأَبَتِ الْأَنْصَارُ أَنْ تَحْلِفَ، فَأَغْرَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْيَهُودَ دِيَتَهُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ قُتِلَ بَيْنَ أَظْهُرِهِمْ
