حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ وَحَمَّادًا عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَأْمُرُ الرَّجُلَ بِقَتْلِ الرَّجُلِ ؟ قَالَا: يُقْتَلُ الْقَاتِلُ، وَلَيْسَ عَلَى الْآمِرِ قَوَدٌ
