حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا دَخَلَ بِإِذْنِهِمْ فَعَقَرَهُ؛ ضَمِنُوهُ، وَإِذَا [١]دَخَلَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَعَقَرَهُ؛ لَمْ يَضْمَنُوا
