حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا، عَنْ عَامِرٍ
أَنَّ الْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ أُتِيَ بِرَجُلَيْنِ قَتَلَا ثَلَاثَةً وَقَدْ جُرِحَ الرَّجُلَانِ، فَقَالَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ: عَلَى الرَّجُلَيْنِ دِيَةُ الثَّلَاثَةِ، وَيُرْفَعُ عَنْهُمَا جِرَاحَةُ الرَّجُلَيْنِ
