حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ وَحَمَّادًا عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَضْرِبُ الرَّجُلَ بِالْعَصَا فَيَقْتُلُ ؟ قَالَ الْحَكَمُ: لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ قَوَدٌ
