حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ. وَعَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَا:
عَلَيْهِ الدِّيَةُ وَلَا يُرْفَعُ عَنْهُ شَيْءٌ
