حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ حُدَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مِجْلَزٍ قَالَ:
لَوْ صُرِعَ رَجُلٌ عَلَى رَجُلٍ فَمَاتَ أَحَدُهُمَا ضَمِنَ الْبَاقِيَ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: لِمَ ؟ قَالَ: لِأَنَّهُ لَا يُطَلُّ دَمُ مُسْلِمٍ
