حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
إِذَا أُشْهِدَ عَلَى صَاحِبِ الْحَائِطِ الْمَائِلِ فَوَقَعَ فَأَصَابَ؛ فَهُوَ ضَامِنٌ
