حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ فِيهِ:
إِذَا وَالَى الرَّجُلُ رَجُلًا فَلَهُ مِيرَاثُهُ، وَعَلَى عَاقِلَتِهِ عَقْلُهُ
