حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
اخْتَصَمَ عَلِيٌّ وَالزُّبَيْرُ فِي وَلَاءِ مَوَالِي صَفِيَّةَ إِلَى عُمَرَ، فَقَضَى عُمَرُ بِالْمِيرَاثِ لِلزُّبَيْرِ، وَبِالْعَقْلِ عَلَى عَلِيٍّ
