حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ وَابْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
الْإِخْوَةُ مِنَ الْأُمِّ يَرِثُونَ مِنَ الدِّيَةِ، وَكُلُّ وَارِثٍ
