حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
الدِّيَةُ لِلْمِيرَاثِ، وَالْعَقْلُ عَلَى الْعَصَبَةِ
