حَدَّثَنَا مَعْنُ بْنُ عِيسَى، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا قُبِلَ الْعَقْلُ فِي الْعَمْدِ كَانَ مِيرَاثًا تَرِثُهُ الزَّوْجَةُ وَغَيْرُهَا
