حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ
فِي غُلَامٍ صَغِيرٍ لَمْ يُثْغِرْ [كَسَرَ سِنَّ] [١]غُلَامٍ آخَرَ، قَالَ: عَلَيْهِ الْغُرْمُ بِقَدْرِ مَا يَرَى الْحَكَمُ
