حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سُفْيَانَ يَقُولُ:
يُقْتَلُ الرَّجُلُ بِعَبْدِ غَيْرِهِ، وَلَا يُقْتَلُ بِعَبْدِهِ، كَمَا لَوْ قَتَلَ ابْنَهُ لَمْ يُقْتَلْ بِهِ
