حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ كَانَا يَقُولَانِ:
لَا يُقْتَلُ الْمَوْلَى بِعَبْدِهِ، وَلَكِنْ يُضْرَبُ، وَيُطَالُ حَبْسُهُ، وَيُحْرَمُ سَهْمَهُ
