حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:
تُعَاقِلُ الْمَرْأَةُ الرَّجُلَ إِلَى الثُّلُثِ: إِصْبَعُهَا كَإِصْبَعِهِ، وَسِنُّهَا كَسِنِّهِ، وَمُوضِحَتُهَا كَمُوضِحَتِهِ، وَمُنَقِّلَتُهَا كَمُنَقِّلَتِهِ
