حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ
: أَنَّ هِشَامَ بْنَ هُبَيْرَةَ كَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ يَسْأَلُهُ، فَكَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ: إِنَّ دِيَةَ الْمَرْأَةِ عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِنْ دِيَةِ الرَّجُلِ إِلَّا فِي السِّنِّ وَالْمُوضِحَةِ
