حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ مَعْقِلٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
لَا يُقْتَلُ مُسْلِمٌ بِكَافِرٍ، وَلَا ذُو عَهْدٍ فِي عَهْدِهِ
