حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ:
مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ عَهْدٌ أَوْ ذِمَّةٌ فَدِيَتُهُ دِيَةُ الْحُرِّ الْمُسْلِمِ
