سَأَلْتُ حَمَّادًا عَنْ قَتْلِ الْخَطَأِ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ ؟ فَقَالَ: فِي مَالِ الْقَاتِلِ، وَقَالَ الْحَكَمُ: هُوَ عَلَى الْعَاقِلَةِ
