حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
مَا كَانَ مِنْ جُرْحٍ مِنَ الْعَمْدِ لَا يُسْتَطَاعُ فِيهِ الْقِصَاصُ: فَهُوَ عَلَى الْجَارِحِ فِي مَالِهِ دُونَ عَاقِلَتِهِ
