حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ وَحَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ
فِي جَنِينِ الْأَمَةِ مِنْ ثَمَنِهَا كَنَحْوٍ مِنْ جَنِينِ الْحُرَّةِ مِنْ دِيَتِهَا: الْعُشْرُ وَنِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ
