حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقْتُلُهُ النَّفَرُ، قَالَ: يُدْفَعُونَ إِلَى أَوْلِيَاءِ الْمَقْتُولِ فَيَقْتُلُونَ مَنْ شَاؤُوا وَيَعْفُونَ عَمَّنْ شَاؤُوا
