حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ وَالْحَسَنِ [وَعَنِ] الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
لَيْسَ بَيْنَ الْمَمْلُوكِينَ وَالْأَحْرَارِ قِصَاصٌ فِيمَا دُونَ النَّفْسِ
