حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ:
إِذَا قَتَلَ الْعَبْدُ الْحُرَّ دُفِعَ إِلَى أَوْلِيَاءِ الْمَقْتُولِ، فَإِنْ شَاؤُوا قَتَلُوهُ وَإِنْ شَاؤُوا اسْتَحْيَوْهُ
