حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
أَنَّ عُمَرَ وَعُثْمَانَ قَوَّمَا الدِّيَةَ، وَجَعَلَا ذَلِكَ إِلَى الْمُعْطِي، إِنْ شَاءَ فَالْإِبِلُ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ فَالْقِيمَةُ
