حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ قَالَ:
كَتَبْتُ إِلَى شُعْبَةَ بِبَغْدَادَ فَبَدَأْتُ بِاسْمِهِ، فَكَتَبَ إِلَيَّ يَنْهَانِي وَيَذْكُرُ أَنَّ الْحَكَمَ كَانَ يَكْرَهُهُ.
