حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ:
إِنَّ هَذِهِ الْأَنْبِذَةَ تُنْبَذُ مِنْ خَمْسَةِ أَشْيَاءَ: مِنَ التَّمْرِ وَالزَّبِيبِ وَالْعَسَلِ وَالْبُرِّ وَالشَّعِيرِ، فَمَا خَمَّرْتَهُ مِنْهَا ثُمَّ عَتَّقْتَهُ فَهُوَ خَمْرٌ
