حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ:
أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يَرَى بَأْسًا أَنْ يَسْطُوَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى الْمَرْأَةِ إِذَا لَمْ يَقْدِرُوا عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ تُعَالِجُ
