حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ حَسَنِ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
يُضَمَّنُ الرَّاعِي إِذَا كَانَ يَرْعَى لِهَذَا وَلِهَذَا، فَإِذَا كَانَ يَرْعَى لَكَ وَحْدَكَ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ ضَمَانٌ
