حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُبَارَكٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَعُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ وَسُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ:
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَسْتَأْجِرُ الدَّارَ فَيُؤَاجِرُهَا [١]بِأَكْثَرَ مِمَّا اسْتَأْجَرَهَا، فَرَخَّصَ فِيهِ اثْنَانِ، وَكَرِهَهُ اثْنَانِ
