حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ حَمَّادًا عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ فِي الدَّارِ حِينًا فَيَجِيءُ أُنَاسٌ فَيُقِيمُونَ الْبَيِّنَةَ أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ لِجَدِّهِمْ ؟ قَالَ: لَا، حَتَّى يَشْهَدُوا أَنَّهَا لَهُ الْيَوْمَ
