حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ وَيَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ قَالَ:
وَقَعَ حَائِطٌ لِرَجُلٍ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ جَارِهِ، فَخَاصَمَهُ جَارُهُ إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ، فَلَمْ يُجْبِرْهُ [١]عَلَى بِنَائِهِ، وَقَالَ لِجَارِهِ: اذْهَبْ فَاسْتُرْ عَلَى نَفْسِكَ
