حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ أَنَّ أَبَا مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيَّ قَالَ:
لَا يَنْبَغِي لِقَاضٍ أَنْ يَقْضِيَ حَتَّى يَتَبَيَّنَ لَهُ الْحَقُّ كَمَا يَتَبَيَّنُ اللَّيْلُ عَنِ النَّهَارِ. قَالَ: فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ عُمَرَ فَقَالَ: صَدَقَ أَبُو مُوسَى
