حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ ارْتَهَنَ دَارًا فَاحْتَرَقَتْ ؟ قَالَ: حَقُّهُ فِيمَا ذَهَبَ، وَحَقُّهُ فِيمَا بَقِيَ
