سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ عَنْ شَهَادَةِ الْيَهُودِيِّ عَلَى النَّصْرَانِيِّ، وَالنَّصْرَانِيِّ [١]عَلَى الْيَهُودِيِّ ؟ فَقَالَ الْحَكَمُ: لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ أَهْلِ دِينٍ عَلَى أَهْلِ دِينٍ
