حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ وَحَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَالشَّعْبِيِّ وَالْحَسَنِ قَالُوا:
لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ أَهْلِ مِلَّةٍ إِلَّا عَلَى أَهْلِ مِلَّتِهَا: الْيَهُودِيُّ عَلَى الْيَهُودِيِّ، وَالنَّصْرَانِيُّ عَلَى النَّصْرَانِيِّ
