سَأَلَ الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الشَّعْبِيَّ: أَتَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ الرَّجُلِ وَالْمَرْأَتَيْنِ فِي الطَّلَاقِ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ
