حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
الْعُمْرَى مِيرَاثٌ لِأَهْلِهَا أَوْ جَائِزَةٌ لِأَهْلِهَا
